It’s been a long hard winter

With no end in sight

snow is falling doesn’t seem right

door still closed in this tomb where I lie

Feeling helpless as parts of me die

But I have my faith

I kneel down and pray for the day

Felt the calling for me to release

Thoughts and feelings

that don’t bring me peace

But it’s so lonely Inside this tomb

Feeling restless and needing more room

See that door open wide

Feel the breeze flowing inside
