Description

The storm begins to fade.  I’m no longer afraid. Who I was is gone, Burned away as the sun shines Over a brand new day.

Don’t be surprised When they roll that stone away!

I’m gonna rise again. My story’s not over.  This is not where it ends.

I’ll rise and then, Turn my face to the sky As my new life begins.

The time has come To step into the light! I’m gonna rise, I’m gonna rise again!

All the choices laid before me. As far as my eyes can see. Stepping out on the road, The path I’ll make is my own.

Now I’m becoming who I’m meant to be. And I know how To channel that fire in me. The world will see.
