Bend or Break

Description

I remember as a kid, warming up before gym I’d touch my toes without breaking a sweat.

If I tried it now, there ain’t the slightest doubt I’d end up in a hospital bed.

The older I get, the less I wanna stretch.  But the more that I need to try

If everyone confessed that everyone’s a mess, I’m guessing we could finally breathe
