About Me
TY is a multi-talented New Thought / Positive Music Artist. Born and raised in Tampa, FL. TY has spent the last 10 years perfecting his sound and honing his craft as a New Thought Speaker, Artist, Musician, Youth Director and Humanitarian. It has been said many times that when TY performs you know he is singing from his heart because the audience can feel his passion as you see tears rolling down their faces.
Currently TY is working on his first full length CD to be released on an Independent label in the Summer of 2013. He currently is the Assistant Music Director at Unity North Tampa Church in Tampa, FL. where he sings and plays the guitar, piano, and drums for both the 9:30am and 11:30 am services. ” I truly enjoy playing at Unity North Tampa because the congregation is a group of some of the most loving people I have ever met. I am truly blessed to be a part of this Spiritual Community.” – TY
Before joining Unity North Tampa, TY spent 5 years as a member of the Water’s Edge Church Band in Wesley Chapel, FL where he again, sang and also played the keys, guitar and drums. He also spent 2 years as the Children’s Ministry Director at Water’s Edge where he played an integral part in writing lesson plans, organizing the Children’s Ministry and also developing the youth band. ” I have a passion for teaching youth about connecting with their Christ within and music that is why I now volunteer as a Youth Instructor at Unity North Tampa.” – TY
