University of British Columbia – Key member of the steering committee for the 2004 visit of His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama to Vancouver ; Coordinated the campus wide events and activities of the UBC Centenary Celebrations in 2008.
Educator, author and advocate for children- Founding director of actor Goldie Hawn’s Bright Light Foundation, both in Canada and the United States, designing a school-based Mindfulness Education program for teachers and health professionals.
