Melissa Gordon Rhine is a Music Educator (piano and voice), Composer and Performer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Leader of New Territory. Her most recent release is “Confessions of a Housewife…Chapter 1: Listen to the Sounds of Your Soul”. This recording is a collaborative effort from local jazz pro’s and features harmonica player Howard Levy and percussionist Airto Moreira. It’s a recording of jazz standards and original work designed to bring comfort to Alzheimer patients and their caregivers, benefiting Alzheimer and Hospice research and support, available on itunes, cdbaby and amazon.com Melissa also recently produced a recording “”Warrior at Peace”” benefiting war veterans. Melissa is currently working on Chapter Too exploring education regarding Mental Wellness.”
