About Me
John Niec has been on his spiritual journey since his early 20s when he moved from the east coast to study new thought in San Diego. Along the way he found that music was central to his ministry, and he focused on music as a spiritual practice. He has his MA in music theory and composition. He was an ordained elder in a main-stream protestant church, spent time with a guru from India, and after seeing “the Secret” returned to pursue his new thought roots. He was the music director for the Petaluma Community for Spiritual Living and he now currently serves several churches in the SF bay area as featured musician. He is now answering his lifelong call and plans on being ordained as a new thought minister.
