About Me
I’m the singing chef! Traveler and writer of food history, with special emphasis on CHOCOLATE. Look for my book on chocolate and love due in 2012. Working title is “For the Love of Chocolate.”
Live in wild area above the Pacific in West Santa Cruz. Love organic produce, gardening, local wine, outdoors.
My Interests
Kayaking, camping, hiking, traveling to exotic places, trains, music, singing, entertaining and cooking, organic farming, love animals including the wild ones here: bob cats,quail, coyotes, barn owls, great horned owls, red tailed hawks, hummingbirds, cougars. At war with the raccoons that terrorize my fish…then eat them.
