About Me
Friends of Unity is a Unity Spiritual Community, led by Spiritual Leader Florence Ernzen LUT, that meets every Sunday in Plymouth, Michigan. Our typical Sunday service includes the Daily Word, a Unity-based lesson for gown ups and young people together, followed by separate classes for young people while the adults participate in a related Unity-based lesson, and "new thought" songs. Typical Sunday attendance is about 50 people, and we meet in rented space at the Plymouth Community Arts Council. We are a welcoming and thriving group of Unity students. My Interests
Our music program uses the songs of many of the "new thought" singer-song writers that are part of emPower Music & Arts. Our music is performed live by our band. The selection of the music each Sunday is completely coordinated with the Spiritual Leader's message that day. We are Empower Members, pay our music licensing fee and report song usage quarterly to emPowerMA. We love the "new thought" singers and song writers and their music. We support Posi's and Unity's Sound Connections events.
