About Me
Hi, I am a psychotherapist and singer/songwriter from Waterbury, Ct. Merging Song and Spirit – My musical mission is that all who hear my music may come to love themselves more.
I have produced three CD’s – Spirit Rock! (a compilation of rocking music that is uplifting and fun); The Story of Deidre: A Journey in Spirit and Song (a narrated story of a young girl healing from abuse told through the media of song) and Musical Meditations of SELF (two guided meditations to aid in connecting to your true self set two music).

I am available to play for social groups or healing facilities – especially those that might empower women and children working through histories of abuse and dis-enfranchisement.
