Combining her skills as an entertainer, workshop leader and comedienne, Karen will lead you through songs, stories, and exercises to help you shine your light to an even higher wattage. In the workshop we will:

• Explore how much you are allowing yourself to shine and learn ways to amp up your light.
• What feeds that internal light and what diminishes it.
• Discover techniques to say “Yes!” to what you want in your life and “No!” to the things that diminish your light.
• Write your own personal affirmation chant that will keep you on track to your dreams and help you shine even brighter!

Songs of Love

To date, the Songs of Love Foundation has provided nearly 20,000 songs to sick children and their families - free of charge. emPower has made an exclusive arrangement for you to join David as a part of this amazing organization. In this workshop you will co-write an entire song start to finish based on a special child's profile. David will complete the song in his studio and send it to Songs of Love (and you) within a couple of weeks.
