Hello, I placed order #72 on 10/25 and the three downloadable items have never been available for me to download (assuming Profile is where to look to do that, if not, please point the way). The Gathering in Song Songbook/CD was delivered successfully by mail (and it's terrific, I recommend to everyone). I used the contact feature a couple of weeks ago and then again today, and got auto-replies, don't think anyone saw my emails. Looking at the posts on this forum regarding updates to the site, maybe something happened to the site's download mechanism? Sincerely appreciate any help.

If you ever have an issue like that and it's not resolved in a week, email us again please! I'm so sorry you had problems. We'll work to get this resolved immediately. Check your email.
