The Pen is mightier than the... Bulldozer!
Like many writers, I often gift friends and family with journals and fine writing instruments. This Christmas I found a pen that they're sure to love and that makes a difference too!
Retro 1951's Tornado writes well, is beautifully crafted and made of bamboo, a renewable resource. Better still, Retro 1951 will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Arbro Day Foundation to rescue 250 square feet of rain forest.
So what's under your Christmas tree this year?

We don't have any presents under our tree. I'm going to try to paint some pictures and learn some songs for gifts, but this year's been hard for my boyfriend and I. All we have under our tree is a Nativity scene. But that's what it's about this time of year isn't it? I mean not about presents or whose gift is cooler. We're celebrating the sprit of Christmas this year; friends, family, and fellowship.
Whatever I give, I wrap in old paper sacks or newspaper that I collect during the year. My children decorate the packages with colorful drawings, poetry and comics.
Then, we tag each gift with a bookmark - sometimes homemade but this year, we bought them from here:
